The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales, account management, and SEO team to develop campaigns that drive lead generation and boost brand visibility.
You’ll be the driving force behind our outreach initiatives, manage our LinkedIn presence, and play a key role in content distribution across various channels. Your ability to craft compelling messaging, manage projects efficiently, and collaborate with different teams will be crucial to your success in this role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Outreach and Lead Generation: Develop and execute outreach and lead generation campaigns in close collaboration with the sales team.
- LinkedIn Management: Oversee our Business and Personal LinkedIn accounts, distributing content from our blog and engaging with our audience.
- Case Study Development: Work with the Account Management team to create and distribute case studies that showcase our success stories.
- Blog Co-Management: Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure timely and consistent publication of high-quality content on our blog.
- Content Marketing Newsletter: Assist in building and managing our content marketing newsletter, contributing to its growth and engagement.
- Campaign Creation: Build organic and paid marketing campaigns from the ground up, including creating compelling messaging and visual assets for emails, social media, and paid ads that align with the Eleven brand.
- Event Management: Plan and execute webinars and offline events, including comprehensive pre- and post-event strategies, setup, streaming, and follow-up.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- Good understanding of content marketing and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging, persuasive content.
- Proven project management skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
- Experience with social media management, especially LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with building and executing marketing campaigns, including paid and organic strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with event management is a plus.

Pay & Logistics
- Compensation: £1,500 per month.
- Commitment: 1.5-2 days per week.
- Location: Remote; flexible schedule with some mandatory meetings.
